FOR the Rohingya in Sittwe, capital of Rakhine State in Myanmar, there is very little freedom in their lives. They live in an enclosed area, like a giant prison camp, by the sea. They are not allowed to move freely about, hampering efforts to seek meaningful livelihoods, causing economic wheels to stop. They fear for their lives and their safety, compelling them to risk all their resources for the chance to find safe haven and a better future.
