THE government plan to revise Law No. 13/2003 on Labor has upset workers. Rallies spread throughod the country and reached a climax last week: Jakarta became a sea of workers. They threaten to continue their protest if the law\'s revision is continued. However, the employers have also made their threats: If the law is not revised, they will move abroad.
