PRESIDENT Yudhoyono recently announced prices cuts for Premium gasoline and diesel. He also pressured state companies to reduce the price of several commodities and services: electricity, trains and other modes of transportation. This popular decision was made possible by the fall in the world price of oil and is sure to be welcome campaign material for the Democrat Party.
