THE trial of former president Suharto has commenced. Although regarded by many as a radical step in imposing the law without discrimination, we still need to see where this will eventually lead. Will Suharto's health put an end to this? What is the implication to the law enforcement image currently imposed by President Abdurrahman Wahid's administration?
