THE Attorney General's Office is investigating Setya Novanto, member of the House of Representatives from the Golkar faction, as a witness in a smuggling case of 60,000 tons of rice from Vietnam. His brother, Setio Lelono, Managing Director of PT Hexatama, has been named a suspect in the same case. Nova is wellknown to be "untouchable" by the law. He was involved in the toxic waste import case from Singapore and the Bank Bali mega-scandal, but he escaped in both cases. Can he escape again?
