THE airline industry in this country has registered quite a few incidents in 2007. Two of them resulted in fatalities: Adam Air over the Majene Sea, Sulawesi and Garuda Indonesia in Yogyakarta. And now the recent European Union’s ban on Indonesian airlines flying to Europe is also a threat to our tourism and domestic airline industries.
