Volunteers: Rock & Rule   TEMPO’S choice of this year’s model citizens goes to volunteers who moved others to instigate change. They emerged from diverse backgrounds, to carry out specifi c tasks with no thought for compensation or recognition. They are not active in politics but they are involved in major political movements. They not only worked for the success and betterment of the 2014 elections, some devoted time and resources to preserve the natural environment in their local area.
